1. Parties

The client becomes a party at payment, with their name and e-mail.

2. Main features of the service

The service is a video meeting with the independent lawyer you choose. The lawyer's name, practice area, and the date and duration of the meeting are shown when the appointment is approved. The meeting is not recorded in audio or video.

3. Total price and payment

The total price (taxes included) is shown on the lawyer's approval and on the payment screen before you pay. Payment is by card through iyzico; your card details never reach us. When payment opens, this section is completed with the real amount and tax details.

4. Time of performance

The service is performed at the approved date and time. If payment is not made within 72 hours of the lawyer's approval, the appointment expires.

5. Right of withdrawal

In distance contracts you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The right cannot be used for services whose performance starts with your approval before the withdrawal period ends (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15). For this reason a separate confirmation is requested on the payment screen. Requests you make before the meeting takes place are not affected by this exception.

6. Cancellation

• You can cancel a request at any time before approval.
• You can cancel an approved appointment that is not yet paid.
• A paid appointment is cancelled only after the refund of the payment is confirmed.
• If the lawyer cannot attend, they cancel and the amount paid is refunded.

7. Refunds

Refunds go to the card used for payment within 14 days at most from the moment the right arises. How fast the bank shows it on your account depends on the bank.

8. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints to info@begdanismanlik.com. As a consumer, within the monetary limits, you may apply to the consumer arbitration board or consumer court where you live.

10. Records and retention

Distance-transaction records are kept for 3 years and financial records for 5 years under tax law. Version 2026.10.30-1. How a lawyer's fee is treated within this framework depends on legal review; this document does not take effect before that review.
